Former Brocade CEO Gets 21 Months, $15 Million Fine

Gregory L. Reyes, the former chief executive officer of Brocade Communications Systems Inc. and first person to be convicted by a jury of criminal backdating charges, was sentenced Wednesday to 21 months in prison and a $15 million fine.
