Judge, MALDEF Co-Founder Considered a Renaissance Man

LOS ANGELES - Richard A. Ibanez, a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge for two decades, and one of the founders of the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund, has died. He was 97.
