Key Lobbyist Will Leave State Courts

SAN FRANCISCO - The state-court system is losing a key lobbyist at the same time it is bracing for big budget cuts in Sacramento. Eraina Ortega, manager of the Administrative Office of the Courts' governmental affairs division, has taken a job with the California State Association of Counties. Hers marks the second departure of a key player in the governmental affairs division in a matter of months.
