Bankruptcy Attorney to Join Sheppard Mullin
In the latest in a string of partner defections, the chair of Heller Ehrman's restructuring and insolvency practice group and the firm's national hiring chair will join Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton's San Diego office Thursday as a partner. Margaret M. Mann's departure follows life sciences partner Stephen Thau, who left Heller Ehrman earlier this week for Morrison & Foerster in Palo Alto.
