New OC evidence impeaches witnesses

A recently disclosed Orange County sheriff's jail log includes information that should have been turned over under previous discovery orders in the death penalty case of Seal Beach mass killer Scott E. Dekraai, according to a new motion from the Orange County district attorney's office.
