Susman Godfrey LLP increases associate salaries

The firm said Friday it will raise associate salaries on July 1, increasing pay for new hires from $175,000 to $190,000 a year.

Susman Godfrey LLP said Friday it will raise associate salaries on July 1, increasing pay for new hires from $175,000 to $190,000 a year.

The announcement comes after multiple top national firms publicized entry-level salary hikes over the last week, led by Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, which said Tuesday it is increasing compensation for new hires to $180,000.
