Disney looks for temporary halt in class action

The Walt Disney Company and Dreamworks Animation SKG are looking to stay a class action over an alleged anti-poaching agreement to allow the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to examine whether class certification is appropriate in instances where individual claims would ordinarily be time-barred.
