DA upset about sentencing

Santa Clara County District Attorney Jeff Rosen said Monday he wishes he had known Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Aaron Persky once captained Stanford's lacrosse team prior to Persky sentencing a Stanford swimmer to six months in jail for sexual assault.
