Genentech, partner to pay $67M to resolve False Claims Act case

Northern District U.S. Attorney Brian J. Stretch announced Monday that Genentech Inc. and another company will pay $67 million to settle a False Claims Act lawsuit in which the companies were accused of lying about the effectiveness of cancer drug Tarceva.
