U.S. judge deals setback to newspaper ban in Orange County

SANTA ANA - U.S. District Judge Andrew J. Guilford dealt a setback Monday to Rutan & Tucker LLP attorneys trying to ban activist newspapers from government buildings without violating the First Amendment.
