A San Francisco federal judge has denied a request for a temporary restraining order brought by a pair of researchers seeking access to an elite group of strawberries they invented and sought to commercialize.
The 168 patent-pending berries are at the heart of an ongoing battle between UC Davis and a pair of renowned berry growers.
