The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has again revived a Central District lawsuit accusing a model scouting website of failing to warn one of its users that rapists could contact and abuse her.
The decision, published Tuesday, kicks up dirt in an ongoing debate among lawyers on what liability websites should properly face when publishing third party content.
