Defense attorneys disappointed by state high court's juvenile sentencing ruling

In a challenge to a teenager's 50-year-to-life sentence, the state Supreme Court Thursday affirmed that recent shifts to state law allowing juveniles the possibility of parole after 25 years made his claim of an Eighth Amendment violation moot.
