San Marcos industrial building sold to Texas entity

The 29,477-square-foot freestanding manufacturing building at 185 Vallecitos De Oro will be occupied by Caliber Collision, a leading collision repair providers.

A 29,477-square-foot freestanding manufacturing building at 185 Vallecitos De Oro in San Marcos has been purchased for $3.54 million.

The buyer was Cross Dev Cc San Marcos LLC, a unit of Cross Development of Carrollton, Texas. The seller was the Nelson Family Trust.

The building is divided into 88 percent warehouse space and 12 percent office space.
