Abrams Column Left Much to Be Desired

Letter to the Editor - Garry Abrams' column, "Scandal Threatens to Tarnish Superlawyer Boies' Luster," (Sept. 27 Daily Journal) left a lot to be desired. Yes, David Boies should have informed his clients of his family's ties to the legal document service, and apparently when he found out about the conflict, he agreed. It is not necessarily fair to assume that the first name-partner in a 195-lawyer firm knows everything that happens there.
