OFFICE SAN DIEGO - Avnet Inc. signed a 66-month lease for an additional 17,516 square feet of office space at its regional headquarters located at the Bernardo Heights Corporate Center, 10805 Rancho Bernardo Road. The lessor was RREEF America REIT II Portfolio. Jay Alexander, Ryan Grove and Ryan Egli of Colliers International represented the lessee. Jeb Bakke and Scott Kincaid of CB Richard Ellis represented the lessor.
