Top Defense Verdicts--Swainston v. Yamaha Motor Corporation


Trying to prove that a serious car accident was due to misuse by the driver, and a non-supervising parent - but not the vehicle's design - was the challenge facing Frederick McKnight, in this case that pitted his client, Yamaha Motor Corp. U.S.A., against a father and son.
