Billboard company Fuel Outdoor LLC has agreed to pay the city of Los Angeles $1.8 million to settle a dispute involving oversized signage. The settlement, approved Wednesday by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Kenneth R. Freeman, prohibits the New York-based advertiser from putting up further signage without proper permits. The company did not admit any wrongdoing.
