Comptroller finds irregularities in Montebello

State audits of the city of Montebello's redevelopment agency and gas tax fund have turned up $31 million in questionable spending, including dinners in Las Vegas for the city manager, golf tournament registration fees for City Council members and the purchase of a house outside the city's redevelopment area.
