Menlo Park lawyers handled both sides of Indiana-based Angie's List Inc.'s filing to go public on Thursday. Martin A. Wellington and Francis S. Currie, Menlo Park-based partners at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, advised the company, which survived the first tech boom and subsequent crash. Latham & Watkins LLP advised the underwriters on the deal, led by Bank of America, with Menlo Park partners Christopher L. Kaufman and Tad J. Frees...
