Antoinette F. Konski



Konski has done a lot of patent work recently for clients involved in "companion diagnostics."


For instance, she's advising researchers at the University of Southern California who are developing diagnostic tests to analyze an individual's genetic makeup to determine if a specific cancer drug will help the patient.


The U.S. Food and Drug Administration recently released regulatory guidance for companion diagnostics.
