Rob Shwarts


Shwarts has had his hands full in the past 18 months with trade secret disputes.


In one such high-profile case, he successfully resolved a conflict with Hewlett-Packard on behalf of Oracle and Mark Hurd.


At issue, Hewlett-Packard sued Hurd, its former chief executive, shortly after he left the company for Oracle. Hewlett-Packard Co. v. Hurd, 110 CV-181699 (Santa Clara Super. Ct., filed Sept. 7, 2010).
