Disney Appeals 'Millionaire' Verdict

Three of the Walt Disney Co.'s television companies have appealed to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals a $319 million verdict that a jury awarded the creator of the show "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" in a profit dispute.
