Orange County's Top 20 Law Firms

Law firms in Orange County have found a way to weather the economic storm, with only six firms in this year's Top 20 losing attorneys. Four law firms saw departures of five attorneys or fewer in Orange County, while Morrison & Foerster lost nine. Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, with its high-profile troubles, lost 21 to drop to No. 16 this year from ninth in 2001. Costa Mesa's Rutan & Tucker stays atop the chart with 122 attorneys, while the rest of the top six firms remains unchanged.
