Davis Names to Alameda Court First Chinese-American Woman

ALAMEDA - Gov. Gray Davis has appointed the first Chinese-American woman to the Alameda County Superior Court. Lo-Lynne Q. Lee, who took the bench in October, is a former Pleasant Hill litigator who has worked exclusively as a court-appointed mediator for the past four years.
