Family Snapshot or Child Porn?
Forum: By Jennifer Lynn Orff On Feb. 3, Marian Rubin, a New Jersey grandmother, was arrested when she went to pick up film at the local Moto Foto. The photos included pictures of her 4- and 6 -year-old granddaughters in the nude. She was turned in to the police by the photo clerk. The state has brought charges, which are still pending. She was suspended from her job as a school social worker.
