Court Unanimously Throws Out Myanmar Ban by Massachusetts
WASHINGTON - A unanimous Supreme Court on Monday threw out a Massachusetts law that precludes the state from patronizing companies that do business with Myanmar , ruling that the measure unconstitutionally competes with federal foreign policy and is pre-empted by federal sanctions on Myanmar .
