Lawyer Adds Grounds to Remove DA
The lawyer for one of the first three officers charged in the Rampart corruption scandal has come up with additional grounds to remove the district attorney's office from the case, including his intention to call as a witness a prosecutor who sounded early alarms about the credibility of scandal whistle-blower Rafael Perez.
