Ex-DA Files Claim Against Orange County

SANTA ANA - Devallis Rutledge, former chief assistant district attorney of Orange County, has filed a claim against the county for allegedly retaliating against him for coming to the defense of his wife, a onetime deputy district attorney who sued the county in 1998 for gender and race discrimination.
