FBI, DEA Arrest 70 in Heroin Smuggling Ring

SAN DIEGO - In a makeshift Carlsbad nursery, 22 children of alleged heroin distributors played while their parents were being booked. The parents were arrested Thursday in part of a nationwide sweep as federal officials broke up a multimillion-dollar Mexican heroin-smuggling ring.
