Judge Tosses Infringement Case For Fabricated Notebook Entries
SAN FRANCISCO - Saying the CEO and founder of Aptix Corp. was "caught red-handed " fabricating entries in his inventor's notebooks, a federal judge on Wednesday declared the firm's patent for programmable circuit boards to be unenforceable and threw out its infringement case against Quickturn Design Systems.
