Laguna Beach Mayor Sues Festival's Board

LAGUNA BEACH - The mayor of Laguna Beach has filed suit against the board of directors of the Festival of Arts of Laguna Beach, alleging that they are wrongfully denying her , as an ex officio board member, access to board meetings or to festival records and membership lists because she opposes moving the festival outside of the city.
