Report Probes Sheriff's Department Corruption Control
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department should increase resources and its supervision of deputies in order to avoid a Rampart-level scandal like the one plaguing the Los Angeles Police Department, according to the 12th semiannual Kolts Commission report ordered in the wake of the Rodney King beating.
