Embattled DA Ordered to Cough Up Case Documents

SAN DIEGO - More than 12 years after the shooting death of San Diego police Officer Jerry Hartless, the district attorney's office says it has discovered a trove of documents related to the case and a judge has given the office one month to turn them over to the state attorney general's office.
