Appellate Court Decides Against Drunken Drivers
SANTA ANA - A state appellate court has dealt a blow to drunken drivers challenging their suspensions on grounds that the reports documenting their levels of intoxication were not prepared in a timely manner. The court held that forensic alcohol reports prepared more than a week after the arrest were timely.
