Christensen Miller's Jacobs Named MGM Grand Counsel
Gary Jacobs, a founding partner of Los Angeles' Christensen Miller Fink Jacobs Glaser Weil & Shapiro, has been named executive vice president and general counsel of Las Vegas-based MGM Grand Inc. The move follows Jacobs' work helping MGM wrap up its $4.4 billion acquisition of Mirage Resorts Inc. in April.
