Clemency Board Is Needed

Forum: By Allen Jones I can't believe that the governor of California, Gray Davis, is trying to justify a 25-year prison sentence for a man convicted of stealing a pizza under the three-strikes law. During a segment on "60 Minutes," which aired May 7, Gov. Davis, along with several other three-strikes supporters, made it clear to me that the justice system in California is broken.
