DA Says She Was Told to Take No Notes
SAN DIEGO - The deputy district attorney who first learned about alleged prosecutorial misconduct in a 1996 murder trial testified Tuesday that the second in command in the district attorney's office had told her to make no record of her findings that would be discoverable by the defense.
