SAN FRANCISCO - Raymond Dunkin called young Marisa his "miracle baby." Stricken with testicular cancer, the East Bay laborer thought he would never be a father. Only through artificial insemination, from an anonymous donor, were he and his live-in girlfriend blessed with their first child.
