Court Issues Sanctions for Arbitration Appeal

SAN FRANCISCO - An evidently annoyed state appeals court has imposed $32,000 in sanctions on two San Mateo lawyers and their auto dealer client for challenging an arbitrator's award of attorney fees in a dispute with another East Bay car retailer.
