Judge Rules in Heated Fee-Sharing Dispute
SAN FRANCISCO - A Sacramento judge has approved a hotly contested fee-sharing arrangement that confers the bulk of $1.4 million in fees on the two lead counsel firms in the cremated-remains class-action litigation but virtually shuts out four firms that were part of an original verbal fee-sharing plan.
