Firm Receives Little for Work On Y2K Case
SAN JOSE - Lawyers for Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes & Lerach, who had asked for up to $1.5 million in attorney fees for their work in bringing a Y2K computer-bug lawsuit against Intuit Inc., were awarded a mere $7,007.50 for their efforts by a Santa Clara County judge Friday.
