Secret DA Memo Names 28 Officers

The Los Angeles County district attorney has concluded that there is sufficient evidence that at least 28 Los Angeles Police Department officers may have engaged in acts of moral turpitude - triggering an exhaustive review of potentially hundreds of pending cases by members of the district attorney's staff.
