Three Nabbed for Allegedly Defrauding Bank

SAN DIEGO - Three Mexico City men, one of them apparently an attorney, were arrested early this month in Chula Vista for defrauding First International Bank of more than $4 million after they allegedly found a means to tap into the multibillion-dollar pipeline of payments Mexican workers in the United States send home to support their families.
