Appeals Court Sides With UC Students in Fee-Hike Dispute

The Court of Appeal unanimously upheld a lower court's ruling Friday finding the University of California in breach of contract and ordering it to repay $39 million to UC professional-school students, and other students, who bore dramatic fee hikes in recent years.
