Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has offered contradictory responses when asked for the identities of people he relies on to help him select judges. Schwarzenegger’s office has told the Daily Journal that they’re not legally required to release the names and has refused to do so. But he told Assembly Democrats he would release the names — by January.
