Lawyer, Writer, Activist - and Now, Web Site Creator

Orphaned at 10, a runaway and a ward of the court in his teens, William J. Cox had just the right pedigree to champion the rights of young offenders early in his legal career. Now that he is retired as a State Bar prosecutor after an eclectic career as a policeman, writer, public-interest lawyer and even a write-in presidential candidate, Cox is turning his attention once again to young people. This time, he’s offering them an Internet venue to talk politics.
