L.A. Attorney Drafted Tax Legislation

Vincent C. Page, a longtime Los Angeles tax attorney who represented some of the Southland's prominent businesses and municipalities, died Sept. 29 at Kindred Hospital in West Covina of complications from a heart attack, a week shy of his 81st birthday.
