Panel reverses verdict over attorney misconduct and reports lawyer to State Bar

Even after objections were sustained, the CalTrans attorney asked the same questions again and again. Her behavior was "unquestionably prejudicial."

Citing "egregious attorney misconduct" by a government lawyer who repeatedly ignored
a judge's admonitions and rulings, an appellate panel ordered the lawyer reported
to the State Bar and a new trial against her client.
