Bill to ban corporate fee shifting bylaws and narrow forum selection passes Delaware House

Delaware's House of Representatives unanimously passed a bill Thursday crafted by the state bar's council on corporate law that will ban corporate fee shifting bylaws and narrow forum selection for companies chartered in Delaware. The final vote was 40 in favor, with one member absent.
